Fresh sweet red bell peppers from Van Drunnen Farms are fire-roasted, slightly smoky, totally delicious, seared over a real flame. These luscious peppers are combined with fresh basil, fresh parsley sweet Georgia onions and California garlic to create an explosion of flavor.
Before bottling we stir in some amazing Grande Romano cheese. This sauce is perfect on pizza or over penne, there are chunks of peppers are everywhere and a touch of heat from fresh cracked black pepper.
Additional uses, on penne, baked ziti, with Manicotti, as a dipping sauce for pizza, bread sticks and fried mozzarella sticks.
